It's a good idea from Nintendo.

Now the question is... Will it continue to be a hit or just a "omg, its a new game" and then a week later, the userbase goes down drastically.

Like Miitomo... give it a month or two before claiming it a hit. Casual games like this tend to explode and then collapse quickly.

It's really freaking cool. Parents who want their kids to go out more will adore this. Pokemon fans will love it. Non-Pokemon fans are the ones that will get it for a week, and never use it again.
But for kids and Pokemon fans, it's perfect. It's so cool.

I really love the idea of this because I can play it when I'm taking my dogs out for a walk like I did today. It really is a great idea. I hope it has more longevity than Miitomo did. I don't think I have even opened Miitomo for over a month.
