Witcher 3
Witcher 3. Uncharted 2 and 3 are the only good games in that collection.
It really depends on what you like or want to play.
Uncharted gives you a mostly brainless linear shooter fest with good cinematic values and story. These are good if you don't want to put in a huge investment of time.
Witcher 3 will give you a more engrossing game that will require a huge investment of your time and will be mostly spent doing little quests multiple times with also an interesting main questline.
They are completely opposite types of experience. Aside from that all i could offer would be personal opinion. I'm an RPG fan, so i would go for the witcher. But, i enjoyed Uncharted 3 quite a bit aswell and 2 was alright. Uncharted 1 wasn't as satisfying though.

How is the romance compared to Dragon Age Inquisition? |
Well for one there's a ton of optional hookups and more geniune romance options in comparison to Inquisition. Just imagine that you're an attractive 30 something looking famous adventurer/badass that's not married/taken, immune to disease and can't knock up any women. Most of the interesting women in the game will flirt to some degree or are optional hookups. Most of them are likeable in comparison. In Inquisition, I wanted my character to stay single because most of the women were not my type. They were just meh or had shit personalities.
There's a ton of nudity in the witcher 3 in comparison to most console games though. Everything from npcs walking around, parties, whore houses, certain enemies (some of them are an unpleasant sight) are often times topless.

Yea, They hyped the romance feature in DA:I and it was so underwhelming. The possible romantic interests were weak not to mention Leliana is the best girl in the game and you can't even bang her.
Uncharted Collection. All 3 are very good games.
The Witcher 3 was a big disappointment to me for various reasons, but take that with a grain of salt as I'm apparently the only person on the planet that didn't like it.
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

The whole game was a huge disappointment for me.
The whole party is not nearly as interesting as previous ones. This i think is part of the consequence of breaking the pace of the game into an "open world of sorts" where you go around getting little marks on your map with little to no story development. These take a very long time needless to say.
The whole game played like an open world game and not a story driven RPG. I enjoyed DA2 better than DA:I. I even made sure one of the final decisions in the game went badly for the inquisitor because i couldn't care less about him either. I safeguarded a series favorite character of mine instead.
I'm not sure about DA4 now. I'm soured for the whole series after this. I just want a remake of the first and i'm good pretending that the story ends there.
