Nintendo can't do crap against these chinese games, there's plenty of them, and a lot of them are popular and making a ton of money.

Nintendo could make Android / iOS apps.

And sell them at resonable prices and clean up in that market.

 

Its kinda like how Netflix took out alot of piracy.

If people have a alternative thats cheap enough, they ll do that instead.
