Just sell it and keep that in mind next gen. From what I read in a different post, you have a gaming pc and I can understand the annoyance that ya have with MS putting their xbox one exclusives on windows 10.

The Xbox one for someone in the OP's position is just a convience machine for getting those PC games onto the big screen without having to run cables between them, much like the PSTV is for streaming PS4 titles to another TV in the household.

That said not all the X1 games are on the PC, as much as Forza 6 Apex exists there are still 3 full Forza titles which aren't on the PC and are on the X1. Not to mention ya know.... the entire Halo Franchise in the Master chief collection and Halo 5 Guardians. Also for someone in the OP's position having both a X1 and PC allows you to stream those games the other way around from the Console onto the PC so there is still value to be had in the Xbox1 even in this situation imo.
