12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

Going to public places and finding pictochat rooms already active

The original chatroom! Damn , I miss that!!

Stage 4 in Space Harrier back on the Master System. When they added the ceiling in level 4 it just blew my mind!

Playing the original Everquest again. The game still runs but it's very different today. The unknown, the danger, no wikis, dial up, and most of all getting to know that amazing high elf wizard, who now is my wife for 12 years already.
We occasionally think about starting again yet with kids mmorpgs are just too time consuming. Perhaps it will still be running in 15 years, dunno if we'll have any energy left by then :)

Playing the original MGS while covered in a peanut butter and my dog licking it off. Fun times.

Playing Chrono Trigger for the first time in 1995.

Never again will I be blown away by the visuals of a game.

Games have got to the point where at first glance what you see on screen looks like real life. It's only after looking closer or for a bit longer that you start to tell it's not real. And no matter how good at CGI games get, movie CGI will always be better. So, just looking at the screen and going "Wow, I can't believe I'm actually playing with these visuals" will never happen again.
