It's good for fans of classic FF but that's only one thing that resembles classic FF. It's a good option but I doubt many will use it.

Im not saying you cant be excited.._ IM just not excited. I haven't been excited for a JRPG in minute. I have the recent Tales and haven't even touched it.

All monster designs in this game are based of their first appearance in the series. All the summons will be the classic ones introduced in FF3 (minus carbuncle but hes only demo players). Dont let modern day aesthetics fool you even plot is classic - 4 warriors of light protecting the crytals. That first sentence is bullshit.

I...didn't say I wasn't going to buy it. It's not Classic FF in many other ways. Modernizing classic enemies is hardly an argument.

I probably won't use it. It's a good option to add though to keep the critics silent.
Also why is everybody saying certain characters Rock when we havnt even played it yet? Am I missing something?

I never said you wernt going to buy it, because of course you will. No doubt about it. That goes for every Final Fantasy fan. You clearly state its the "only" thing classic... thats pretty direct, and trying to downplay monsters taking their original incarnation when asserting that nothing else resembles classic out of wait mode is not a smart avenue.  Everything about FF15 classic minus its battle system.

Well, to me, that's how I feel about the game. I really wouldn't even consider comaring FF1-10 to this game at all. Monster designs, maybe. Battle system, sure but not much else and apparently I'm not alone. If I were to play Final Fantasy 6 and 15, I'd probably never say "this game reminds me of Final Fantasy 15". They don't have the same style as they used to have. That's been known since FFXI onward. After Sakaguchi left.

Nomura even acknowledged the fact that everyone has their idea of what Final Fantasy is and what it means to them. You have yours, and I've got mine.
