Why launch with 1 Zelda game when you could have 2 maybe? |
And having your resources split in not two (Wii U & NX versions of BotW) but three? That makes little sense.
And will having two Zelda games at launch, one of them a remake, really make the console more desirable?
Please excuse my bad English.

Hard to get hyped for rumors especially after no showing E3. Its a wait and see situation now.

Reggie pretty much said this was false by saying they're not competing with Sony/MS on power, if the NX was close to par with a Neo he would've just said something like "we're very confident in our hardware, we have a very capable system" or whatever if it was that powerful. He was not shy about saying the Wii U would be able to get PS3/360 games.
Doubt it, would be nice though, as long as it isn't too expensive

Reggie made that statement in regards to sony and Microsoft announcing Neo/Scorpio (4/6TFlops respectively), not in context of the Xbox One and existing PS4.
Even Sony made a similar statement in regards to the Scorpio. If you're not the most powerful system on the block and someone asks you about the most powerful system on the block, you're going to have to talk about something other than power. I'm still hoping on the supplementary computing device being real and NX essentially being a modular system startng at X1 specs but with a better CPU.

Nintendo has outsourced all their recent remasters, they wouldn't be loosing any man power to a SKyward Sword HD and it doesn't have to be a launch alongside Breath of FIre, it could launch later in the year.
Although a SS Remaster doesn't sound like the most appealing thing at the moment, it would be kind of negligent to remaster all recent Zelda games except for SS, especially considering its not the best selling Zelda and could be a new experience for many. At this point a Zelda Collection is kind of needed, I wouldn't be surprised if that was a holiday 2017 title.
I hope this is true, but I worry that years from now, we're going to look back at these NX 'rumors' and laugh in the same way that we do now with those rumors that the 3DS was going to be as powerful as the PS3.
If true, tgs could become very interresting this year with nintendo and sony announcing the powered up consoles
