Screw these big companies. It's things like this that prevent game developers from reaching their true limit.

Reminds me of the battle The banner Saga had with King(The twats who own Candy Crush Saga) trying to copyright the world Saga and which led to such a long delay to the Banner Saga 2 getting released.
Some daft people around this days who think they own the rights to common words.

Sometimes it is understandable like lets say Mickey is owned by Disney. That is perfect, they will defend it blah blah blah. However if people own dictionary words that is like WTF. Obviously the game is not called SkyTV (I assume that is who is sueing them, we don't get Sky in NA), it is called No Man's Sky.
