i know there was a crappy double dragon game for the snes and a good one. the crappy one was a fighter. im assuming the one you listed was the more traditional beat-em-up. i want that game.

The Unholy War(ps1) - 3d fighting game with a diverse set of characters such as a lizard,tank, and an angel. It's very addictive when played with two players.
