One piece says games, other says IP. Which one are we actually talking about here?

Look at Bethesda's for reference. It's both, one for IP and the other for games in general.

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!

We can't include the indies or those that are coming to PC too. Those are the rules.

The PS5 Exists.

Oh so MS had the most games?

I only recall 5 new Sony games, not 7. God of War, Days Gone, FarPoint, Death Stranding, and Spider-Man, what were the other 2?

Crash, RE7

Also for clarification, the first chart is the new games and already known games while the second chart is the new ip and non new ips shown.

I must have missed some Sony games, don't remember that many.

That doesn't make much sense then.  Looking at Sony's list new games you would include RE7 but not for new IP.  Yet, both charts show the same 7 games for new IP/games when that factually isn't correct.

Oh, good catch. I have no clue what the metric is here then. I just saw Bethesda and put two and two together, which apparently makes five according to these charts.

I honestly figured I forgot a new IP that Sony had revealed, didn't think of RE7.

and when are they all coming out?

When they're absolutely ready, no rush.
