Could Scorpio redirect effort away from the Xbox One Cloud or do you see we will eventually see them working in conjunction?

What happened to the Xbox One Cloud?

The cloud is barely utilized even now, so there's not much effort Scorpio could redirect away from it. Seems like it was a fad, just like a lot of people said a long time ago. Also, I don't think it's called Xbox One Cloud, I thought it was just Microsoft's regular Azure, which is their general cloud service? Anyway, it's well and alive, but not utilized that much for Xbox, I think.
