I just got my PS4 a year ago , have no interest in new hardware , including VR , for at least 2-3 years. I want games games games.

I love good FPS in game, but i refuse to support something i believe will undermine and ultimatly lead to the demise of consoles.

Why should i buy these ones, when a new ones can come in 2 years? No. They should work on the systems they have and maximise them while making new games. This is the time for software, not hardware.

These 4k things should be saved for next gen, when 4k TV are more affordable. VR is a fad and i'm enraged at it beeing another excuse for these systems.

Seeing as how I don't have a PS4 yet, IF I ever finally decide to buy one, I suppose I could see myself getting the "Neo" model, simply because it's better hardware. However, I still don't like this direction the industry is taking.

I am trading in my current Xbox One and then upgrading to a Slim this holiday.

Once more info comes out on all three new consoles I will snag one of the newer ones, and move the slim downstairs for the kiddies.

Currently leaning Scorpio, but....yes....I will likely be going Scorpio/NX combo or Neo/NX combo.

I'll wait to see how it pans out. My only reason for a Neo upgrade was a 4k UHD player, yet it seems a better plan to get the xbox slim instead and play 4 Forza games as a bonus. If it weren't for the Scorpio I would have been certain already.

I'll get psvr for now, should be fun. 4K UHD movies are overpriced here anyway.
Still want to know what the NX is as well.

To be frank the xbox1 finally seemed to have enough games that I was interested in getting the slim model, but now I feel compelled to wait for the scorpio.

Me for neo cause I dont have a ps4... If I m gonna get a ps4, may as well get the best one!

When you sit on a couch five or six feet away from a 4K tv the human eye (even with perfect 20/20 vision) can not see the difference between 1080p and 4K. It's a proven fact.

Only when you are a few feet from the 4K tv can you see the difference, so it's good for PC monitors.

4K for livingroom tv's is the biggest joke to hit your bank account since the first LP sized laser disc's.
I will never buy a 4K tv. I want a 1080p tv that supports HDR (High Dynamic Range) color.

Im more intrested in base model of PS4 dropping in price.
I hope its able to sell really cheap and still be sold at.... well not a loss.

I'm getting both. Never had an Xbone before but the One S seems like a good point to jump on. Need the NEO because...out with the old and in with the new.
