Forums - Sony - I'm overwhelmed by the huge amount of exclusives PS4 is getting.

It's why I always have good intentions of getting remakes/remasters, but almost never do. I really want to get the Valkyria Chronicles remaster, but I find myself unable to justify the cost or the time. I feel like I should get it to show Sega that it's worth porting VC2 and 3 to PS4/PC. But is that a good enough reason to spend money on a game I've already played through multiple times on PS3?

i share that feeling the end of 2016 and early 2017 are packed with exclusives that i want, (there is even a PS3 exclusive at the end of this year that i gotta get).

yes, SOny has done a good job to secure a lot of Third Party exclusives. sort of required though when their only in-house big franchises are like God of War and Gran Turismo. just saying :P

Uncharted? But also their exclusives sell 2-3M each.

PlayStation always my choice of gaming platform whether about its exclusives or not, years after years still having the same problem about too many games and too little time to play them...

its putting everyone else to shame

Too many games, too little time. One thing this E3 confirmed is that the PS4 is getting more exclusive games than I could possibly imagined. The bad thing is that I don't have enough spare time to play them all (and let's not talking about 3rd party games). We have: - God of War; - Horizon; - Days Gone; - The Last Guardian; - Detroit; - Crash 1,2 and 3 remake; - Death Stranding; - Spider-Man; - Gravity Rush 2; - Ni no Kuni 2; - FFVII Remake; - Shenmue 3; - Star Ocean 4; - No Man's Sky; - Dreams; - Gran Turismo Sport; - Dragon Quest XI; - Ni oh; - Kingdom Hearts 2.8; - Ace Combat 7; - Let it Die; - Yakuza 6; and many many more (I'm definitely forgetting something). Plus 50 launch games for PS VR this october (don't know how many exclusives though)! Greatness awaits indeed.

FFVII's exact release format is unknown, so it's best to not include it in lists for the time being.

Shenmue 3 is on PC, not a"true" exclusive (aka, reason to buy a PS4)

Star Ocean FIVE is also available on PS3. It's a Sony exclusive, but not a PS4 exclusive.

No Man's Sky is a timed exclusive with a later release for PC.

Otherwise, good list.
