It depends on what NX is and what the final specs for Neo is.But I think the better question is:Since the Neo is launcing next year, is it doomed?

Kinda like how right now the Wii U has a audience too?

Nintendo wont have it easy with the NX, they need to do better than the Wii U, or sales could end up worse.

Thats the other thing though... everyone always claims they are doomed, but their 100 years and still going.

I really don't think Nintendo need success on the level of a PS4 to do just fine, nor does one preclude people from buying the other. Plenty of people (such as myself) already have a PS4 and aren't about to drop money for an upgrade just yet.

It depends entirely on what the Nx winds up being, and until then there's not much point trying to guess how it will do.

I don't want them to be doomed but they should use AMD its the same as the ps4/xb1 and porting will be easy. One of the reasons Wii U failed was that porting games was difficult.

Nope, Nintendo never has been doomed, won't be for quite some time. Or unless people stop buying their games which I don't see in the foreseeable future.

The Neo is the same thing as the PS4 with 4k.....this will not be a factor for NX as the Neo will not have any exclusive games. It is just a PS4.

Also the NX is releasing 1st quarter, so it will have time to gain some traction before Neo arrives. And people who do not have a WiiU will buy an NX for Zelda, have u seen it at e3? If Ninty can build off of this with their other IPs, they will be fine.
