Clearly i'm in a minority here, but i finished the trailer feeling less interested rather than more. Maybe it's because I've spent so long romanticising it in my head, or maybe I've just played/seen too many open-world games over the last couple of years, but this trailer made it look almost.. amateurish? I'm not sure that's the right word... Inconsistent, maybe? I don't know, but whatever it is, i'm not chipper about it.

Ah well, it's just 1 trailer. I've felt this way about stuff in the past and later become more interested, so i guess i'll just have to wait it out for now.

I kinda feel the same way but I'm waiting for some gameplay to really judge the game.

I have to say, best thing shown at E3 hands down. I mean is there honestly anyone here that will argue just how much of a breath of fresh air that was?.

I see what you did there.

Yeah...I think I've just been waiting for this game for so long, but I wasn't as impressed by that as I was hoping I'd be.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Well, it felt epic in scale, voice acting is confirmed, different armor and weapons confirmed, so there is a LOT to be excited for.

However still no great battle scenes, or really any real group of enemies to be seen yet. There is still more to look forward to. It really just shown environments and no dungeons so I can understand peoples wait and see perspective still.

I don't disagree with you entirely, an open world is nice but I was more intrigued by the use of the gadgets.

Yeah! I wonder what's behind these "futuristic" concept.

Simply stunning. Made E3 well worth it for me. It's so damn beautiful! And that music...I'm sure Joe Hisaishi of Ghibli fame was a huge inspiration! It reminds me so much of Princess Mononoke!!!

We still need to see the dungeons but what they show us in that trailer was just amazing.

Very nice.

"Breath of the Wild"... Has a cool ring to it. And then that final shot of an aged Master Sword... Game is probably far into the future.
