It's fun to climb shit on Uncharted to see the level of detail of the rocks but I don't want to be doing that in a Zelda game.

why? that means more vertical exploration.

I want more horizontal exploration. There is a lot more stuff to do there! You can swing your sword, ride a horse, walk, run, jump!

While you climb a mountain you can't do anything but climb.. and stare at rocks!

This high-res image is amazing. Saved, will be desktopped.

Look at what's going on; there's four of those blue towers in sight, the Great Bridge of Hylia (probably) down below in the foreground, some mysterious statue to the left of that on the cliff, some kind of Church-like building near this statue, snowy plains and mountains behind that, rivers and lakes and maybe a waterfall to the right, Death Mountain in the distance, and last but not least a big castle surrounded by some kind of evil barrier in the middle!

Like I said before, IS IT TOMORROW ALREADY?!

This looks very good. I skipped the wiiu after having a couple wii systems but dang I might have to look into NX again if it's going to look like this.

l <---- Do you mean this glitch Gribble?  If not, I'll keep looking.

I am on the other side of my sig....am I warm or cold?

What are all those towers?! My first thought is those are fast travel points. Or maybe just some sort of beacon?

I really hope there not Ubisoft famous eagle spots things.

Oh god. I hadn't even thought about that. Please, please Nintendo, do not take cues from Assassin's Creed or Uncharted or Tomb Raider or anything like that.

Looks great! Also some interesting details in the background such as those pillars and that castle enveloped in darkness...

Well you had mouniting or rock climbing from Zelda OoT, but in most cases you have leaders or stairs on rock/mountain.

World of this new Zelda looks very wild and unexplored, so it would be little stupid to have ladders attached in some distant rock or mountain. :)

In the high res version several things:

- 4 pillars are the obvious stand out features, remember the's a rumour of the being 4 large main dungeons, alternatively the pillars maybe 4 of many, we saw one of these towers or something like them in the walkthrough with Aonuma.

- Near 3 of the pillars are a bridge overlooking a lake which is possibly Lake Hylia, a castle with a dark aura and what looks like a church like building, the fourth pillar is just out on its own.

- Death Mountain is in the far back.

- The left side shows icy like terrain like Snow Peak from TP which is quite significant as Snow Peak in TP lead into Zora's Domain and fed water into Lake Hylia, this may indicate TP's timeline, the bridge overlooking the Lake also points to TP's timeline.

- One thing no one seems to have picked up on is on Link himself, he's wearing Gerudo attire with his blue Tunic similar to Ganondorf from OOT, look at his arms and undershirt:

Gerudos are also master archers which this Link seems to have a primary focus on.

- It's worth noting TPs timeline is the most open as Hyrule and remnants of the Sky era are present which would explain how this link has the Sail Cloth.

I know I'm the expert on Zelda and you were expecting my in deep analysis, but you can see already. Only wanted to say that if someone is expecting a lot of different locations, it's going to be dissapointed. This is like TP, but even bigger, which is not bad, in fact, it's good.

Also, that artwork is showing us a lot of the world map, you can see already how big it is. TP seems, again, to be the inspiration, as that is clearly Lake Hylia and the Great Bridge of Hylia.

Finally, the clip of TGA footage with the horses happens behind the hill that Link is climbing. On that video, you can see the beggining of the Great Bridge of Hylia.

So it's Tomb Raider, raiding tombs in an openworld completing puzzles to get treasure and now with a female protagonist too.

Typical, nintendo copying others yet again.

Dont know what your talking about, this is a revolution that only Nintendo can do!

You never know, since we've already seen Link entering the slow-time phase after jumping from Epona maybe he can do it whenever he wants, immagin beeing surrouded by a group of enemies with a rock wall preventing you to escape from your back, you climb up a bit and then jump off, enter the slow-time phase and start killing the enemies with bow and arrow, would be dope imho... also I see this as a way to get a shortcut, not a boring time to stare at rocks, hence I expect the climbing to be extremely quick...
