I think it's very likely that its price will drop down to $300, but I'm not sure if it will drop during the holiday season or around the time the Neo is released.

300 sounds likely, so it will be quite easy to find it at 250 street price. Lower prices will be unlikely until Sony releases PS4 Slim, greatly cutting costs, but during special periods there will be official and unofficial bundles increasing the value you get paying between 250 and 300.

if the neo costs 399,- then it needs to be at MOST 249,99 but probly even lower for people to even concider something that is almost twice as slow and not futureproof
