At this point probably we will have just full revile and not hardware revile and then full revile, basicly same like Sony and MS done with PS4/XB1.

Yes. We'll most likely see concepts at the september reveal, and during the November reveal, we'll finally see what the hardware concept and 'gimmick' along with launch title announcements. Then after that its just a matter of patiently waiting for the march launch.

No, I think they will show all at same event same like Sony/MS done with PS4/XB1. That means, concept, hardware and games all at same event.
