DS2 ancient dragon, died at least 30 times to him, and 20 to the guys on my way to him...

Culex in SMRPG because you pretty much need to just about max out your characters before you can take him on, and Mike Tyson for obvious reasons.

I once beat Culex at level 20. That...was not a fun challenge. so many Kerokerocolas and Red Essence.

Same here. I've only beaten the original Castlevania once, and I died 152 times against Dracula. It took me 189 lives to beat the game on that playthough, so I spent the vast majority of my time fighting Dracula.

Ebrietas in Bloodborne followed closely by Orphan of Kos and Ludwig.

Honestly Ludwig gave me a harder time than Ebrietas but thats mainly because i fought him in New Game Plus 4...
