Which is a good thing in the long run since it'll force them to be more economically competitive just like when the US failed to do the same with China over all these years when racking up huge trading deficits ...

Not a chance in hell Sony would manufacture electronics in Britian versus China. Those Brits going to work for 5-10 pounds a day like the Chinese do?
