Gonna be brutally honest, Deadly Premonition is the worst 7th gen game I've played, I don't know what people see in it.

Maybe you ought to give it a second try. So says Mr. Stewart.

I don't know if I can bring myself to. I don't know what I'm missing but it honestly blows my mind that DP got a boxed retail release.

I know a lot of people seem to like in a weird cult oddity kind of way, like Twin Peaks or something, but to me it's more lie the video game equivalent of Troll 2 or Battlefield Earth.

Maybe you should try it in black and white, set the color off on the TV. That's how I watched my friend play it, and it made it kinda interesting. I honestly thought the game was designed that way, until they switched the color on, and I was shocked it was in color. xD This worked pretty well on SH Downpour as well.

Of all the video games that have performed poorly in sales, which one(s) do you think were least deserving or their failure? (Or in other words, most deserving of selling better)

Devil's 3rd, Wonderful 101, Deadly Premonition, whole Project Zero series, Xenoblade X, Shadow of the Damned.

I liked Shadow Hearts 1&2 and its predessesor Koudelka. Not as much as FFX but I agree they deserve a bit more love. Never played the third Shadow Hearts game though.

I gave the game about two hours before I couldn't stand it and deleted it. One of my buddies told me it was really good. There was lots of stuff that I didn't like about it. Just seemed very budget/half assed. But hey I enjoyed duke nukem forever so my opinion probably shouldn't even count. LOL!

On topic: viewtiful joe, star hawk and fatal frame.

Shadow Hearts: Covenant. It probably never passed the 500k mark, though it is one of the best jrpg of the PS2 era. Too bad the rest of the series was mediocre at most.

Scott Pilgrim: The Movie....wait wrong medium.

Bioshock: Infinite

bioshock infinite sold 11 million units.

Wow, you're right.  In that case 1) I take back what I said earlier :P, 2) the tracking on here is way, way, WAY off, 3) holy CRAP those legs, and 4) how freaking terrible was the management of this game's development that the game could be this successful and the studio STILL get tanked?
