Sega Genesis, had a library that rivals the SNES which is my favourite console.

Sega Master System. Come on, everybody will say some Sega console. Sega was number 1!
Mine still works. Played Altered Beast on it some weeks ago.

Edit: Ok, that's one real contender. It was beyond amazing. Samurai Shodown, Metal Slug, Nam-1975 and the two jewels: Kizuna Encounter and Garou.
Sega Saturn, it was rightfully destroyed by the PS1 and N64, but it had some great games and some of my favourite RPG's.
Don't ruin the moment
Currently Playing: Rocket League (PC/PS4), Dead Cells (PC)

The Sega Dreamcast had the 56k modem built in. Just plug in your phone line and bam, Fantasy Star Online. The first console I played online multiplayer.

Hey! They got SONY on my amiibo! Wait a minute. Two great gaming tastes that game great together!

Ive never used a console not made by the big 3, apart from a Dreamcast once round a friend's house for about an hour.

My man! It's a close contest, but I think I'd have to do Saturn too. Panzer Dragoon, NiGHTS, Astal, etc. So many interesting and unique game experiences you couldn't find anywhere else.
I think OUYA is the obvious choice.
In all seriousness, though. I guess it would be the Genesis? Aside from the Atari 2600 clone I owned, I never owned any non-Nintendo consoles until the 6th generation. But the Genesis was the system a few friends had, so it's the one I had the most exposure to. Plus, I have those 40-50 or so Genesis games on Steam, and a few collections on the PS2 and PSP.
