Sorry to hear it. Hopefully Microsoft will get their acts together and you can find a console soon.

Microsoft has to get better at distribution, this is the third European country with stocking issues while others seem to have a lot of stock.

Maybe its because different countries reacted differently to the cuts? Furthermore with smaller languages they have to program the units differently.

They wouldn't have as many units stocked up for those countries and they would probably have to wait until they come off the assembly line to program them (Or maybe they do that in europe?) They probably already have a shipment underway to Europe, depends how much forethought was put in on this price cut as to how many consoles come to relieve demand.
