And I still hold my views on that. Video game is an art where you have to experience/interact to have an idea of the quality of a product.

If the person reviewing it, is not playing the game properly, imo the review won't be optimal.

What does my view have to do with the topic? Did I offend anyone or the critic? Did I attack the person or their integrity? Reread the op.

Or that was your "aha" moment?

You mad a thread about people that attack people online because of video games.

You made a thread where you attacked people online because of video games.

The connection is not hard t see. And yes - you did attack the person. You didn't comment on their "reviews" or points - you commented on THEM. I believe at one point you called them incompotent?

Is criticizing attacking now?

Vince Zampella got death threats for making Titanfall X1 exclusive. That's an attack.

One of the reviwers that gave Uncharted 4 an "unfavorable" score got attacked by one of VGC users on his personal life. That's an attack.

Get your reading and comprehension right.

"to direct unfavorable criticism against; criticize severely; argue with strongly:"

Example:" He attacked his opponent's statement."

So yes according to the dictionary I used the correct word, and that my comparison is apt.  Even the example exactly nails what you did. You weren't countering any points - you were attacking the person and thier statement.

Attempts to play semantic games - such as  "is it really an attack" -  are generally the last vestige of a dying argument. Specially with coupled with petty comments like "get your reading and comprehension right".

Just like in the other thread - I can see there is nothing to be gained by talking to someone who rather attack the person than the point. So I will be abandoning this thread for higher grounds - because it appears to be sinking quickly.

So in your own words, I might as well blow someone up, knock them out and it would have the same weight as criticizing reviewers' opinion on a forum.

Higher ground? LOL, your comparison couldn't even take flight. Attacking someone's opinion is different from attacking a person. Capisce.

And I agree on your abandoning thread cause you didn't add any substance to it.

I never take games that seriously, which lets me pity people who do so.

I recall hearing stories about grown men tracking down young children and killing them for games such as CoD and such. It's ridiculous, and hilarious.

They're better off in mental facilities.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

What!!! You've never tracked down an 11 year old that talked smack and handed your ass to you in a game of COD ... tsk tsk then you really don't know how joyful life can be.

I've had grown man talking smack about my mom on Halo mp. I really wanted to track him down and squeeze his wind pipe.

I'm still waiting for the gaming hooligans fighting against each other on the streets of Cologne when Gamescom is around the corner.

Gaming craziness hasn't advanced to this extent yet lol.

Let's try packing them all in the same stadium playing CoD ps4 vs XBox One cross play and let the alcohol flow freely. Insert a bunch of trouble makers starting racial slurs against the opposite sides. Nah, dunno what is with sports that leads to this

But if beating down riots was part of FIFA 2017 I might buy it lol.

They feel insecure about their console and its hyped cinematic experiences. If it doesn't have everyone's acclaim it isn't as fun apparently.

Brand loyalty is too strong in some folks around the internet... So join the PC master race which has no brand 8-)

Bandorr is right. Amusing read though Goaty boy and you comments are full of irony. Anyway, that's my two pennies. Moving on!
