It was good game but Nintendo forced it to much, but good thing is they basically said they are done with NSMB series and they working on new concept of 2D Mario games.

This game was great. I have no idea where the series is going to go, because after Mario Maker everything might seem just small in comparaison. Plus, I'm sure people can recreate (and have done so) the original levels of the Mario games on Maker.

I didn't beat this one in a day, but nsmb2 I beat in about 5 hours.... Real kick in the teeth after just spending £30 on it. Nsmb is probably my most hated Nintendo franchise... The first one was good, the Wii one added multiplayer at least but really every entry in the series after the first was a soulless addition using the same assets.
The great thing about this game was that it was fun and was a perfect fit for the DS - the system was designed for short sessions of play on the move, and NSMB delivered play forming fun in short bursts.
The awful thing was that Nintendo remade the game at least 4 times (NSMB Wii, NSMB 2, NSMB U, NSMB Luigi edition) then had the balls to claim other companies were making the same game over and over while Nintendo didn't...

I love this game, as well as NSMBWii...
NSMB2 wasn't bad but it could have been better...
NSMBU and NSL were officially overkill...
We got too much NSMB in a very short amount of time...
Have a nice day...
I agree.... NSMBU is the best out of all... NSMB2 did have the leaf power up and fly back - but feels weaker....
Switch!!!
