Is doom really good btw ? I'm looking for a new game waiting for Blood and Wine

Absolutely worth it if you want to get your hands bloody and the adrenaline pumping. Most fun I've had with an FPS game in a very long time.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

If you have decent Tv make sure your PS4 is set to:

settings>sound and screen>video output settings>RGB Range Full>Deep Color Output Automatic

tv should be set to simple factory settings (minor tweaks for preference)

It seems the PS4 will reset these setting anytime you unplug the power source

”Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”

Harriet Tubman.

The graphics are technically great compared to many other ps4 games out there, and style wise it's very good for the type of game, but the better graphics get the more it shows up the current failing computer games have in terms of animation.

Character movement and facial movements look terrible and hold it back. Graphic are at a point where games animation should be a big focus, at least semi realistic games. I think people overlook how bad animation is these days because bad animation is normalised in games. Or maybe because progress in that area is so slow people have just given up hope.

Doom 4's animation was better than most and graphically it might be the best overall. But it's visually to different to definitively compare.

I'm not sure how I have to, literally, decipher his comment.

It seems to say that Uncharted 4's animation put computer games to shame...

Or that all games still have bad animations, including Uncharted.

With him saying 'hold 'it' back' in an UC4 thread, I can only assume he's talking about the animations in UC4.

If so, there's absolutely no sane reason to discuss anything gaming related with him.

But for now, I'll say there's a language barrier in place, and give him the benefit of the doubt.

This is the only thing that makes sense.
