I don't think BF colud beat CoD this year. In terms of sales, i'll say it will end like this.

1- CoD PS4

2- BF PS4

3- CoD X1

4- BF X1

CoD PS4. By a good margin I'd say as well. BF1 PS4 though will easily outsell it's Xbone counterpart even with MS marketing. But I'm sure that's a given considering the install base difference.

Im buying BF1 on PC for sure, it looks way better then COD this year, I don't like FPS on consoles but I am sure the PS4 versions of both will outsell all other platforms, COD will sell more just because of the PS4 promotions, bundles and hype the series has.

I'm more intrigued by the sudden love for Dice after the complaints for battlefield 4 and battlefront.  Also the complaints for battlefield hardline, I know not Dice but still was harped on constantly as reskinned nonsense, were loud.  

That is 3 titles back to back that were complained to have graphics over gameplay, bugs and no content while relying on pretty Star Wars setting. 

What has changed all of the sudden?  The recent track record should have instilled caution instead of this excitement. 

So I'm curious, where does it stem from?  

Still think CoD will win... however I think BF will get closer to CoD than it has before.

Cod will sell an unholy shit ton more on ps4

Cod ps4 outsells battlefield ps4

I really hope battlefield closes the sales gap a bit but with the cod 4 remaster I can't see it

Im gonna play devils advocate and say BF1 on ps4 and xb1 will outsell cod this year on ps4 and xb1
