COD Infinite Warfare will have exclusive content first on the PS4 and the game is also marketed for PS4 and will most likely have a bundle this holiday..  On the other hand we have Battlefield which looks exceptionally well this time with their WW1 setting I think the game is gonna be huge probably the biggest Battlefield ever I already see hype for it building up since the trailer was released.. Most importantly the game is being marketed for Xbox and will most likely have exclusive content first on the Xbox also if you have EA Access(exclusive to Xbox) you get to play it early. 

Which game do you think will do better? Also which game will help the consoles they are partnered up with more? 

COD will sell better than BF1, but both will sell better on PS4. In the US and ROW. Though as bad I want to pay MW Remaster, i'm not buying IW. Already pre-ordered BF1 on PS4, BF has never let me down.

Heard the same thing with bf3. Not gonna happen. COD will win.

Even when the feedback right now for BF is MASSIVE and for at least Infinite Warfare a huge FAIL, nobody guarantees that JUST because of a WW/Future Setting the Game is going to be bad/good and even when BF turns out to be a Masterpiece and at least Infinite Warfare as a huge fail (like AW) then well at the End Cod will sell (a lot) more than BF ! People can judge the Game(s) when they have played the Beta for IW and BF, well at least im going to do so.

Maybe without Modern Warfare Remasterd it COULD have been interesting, but even without it would have outsold BF1 i believe.
Well im looking forward to all 3 Games and gonna buy them Day 1 and i hope i will have a lot of Fun with all 3 amazing Games ! :)

And for the Exclusive Deals, it will help PS4 for sure, also because there are no last Gen Versions like with Bo3. But also BF will help Xbox a lot i think especially with the hypetrain and if it can keep that up, so lets say 50/50 i dont know or a little bit more for PS4.....^^

I mean these two marketing Deals arent everything, remember all the Exclusives, other Games and all that stuff^^

The rage and hypes are just the vocal minorities, CoD is way bigger, no matter the platform.

For all intents and purposes, BF3 was the first Battlefield to the casual console shooter market. Before that core shooter fans had BFBC2 or had a PC. The fact that BF3 absolutely trucked out of nowhere with casual fans was ridiculous, even if it didn't outsell CoD. BF4 for all its problems still did reasonably well, but the market wasn't there and it's fallen apart since then. 

BUT, if any one circumstance had BF with a chance to pull ahead, it would be this single situation. BF brings something new to the casual audience that is appealing (all the casual fans are told they want WWII by core fans so they believe it, and now we get WWI) while CoD takes the final leap into the futuristic setting that not many really wanted. 

The deciding factor is, sadly, CoD4. If it only releases with IW for the first few months, CoD has it in the bag 100%. If they care and release it standalone right away, CoD will cannibalize itself HEAVILY and gives BF just the edge it could need. 

Activision isn't stupid though, they'll do the former. CoD wins even if BF comes out the better game. 

Call of Duty will beat Battlefield.
