Nintendo is losing the last remnants of there fan base. Last generation there were 100 million Wii owners. In the span of ONE generation they are now down to 13 million. Nintendo needs to wake up fast.

 

Thats not how it works though....just because the WiiU only has a estimated 13 million userbase doesnt mean thats how many Nintendo fans are out there.

Using your argument, one can say the amount of Vita sales dictates how many Sony fans are out there which is also false.

Thanks for posting the vid. I did not find it cringe worthy, it's just some guy's opinion.

I have been married and my children are in their 30's now. I have a life.

I'm amazed that this is a site made for people who play videogames and the fact that because I'm 52 years old means I'm not supposed to play videogames anymore. Wow. I guess I should just crawl off into a corner and die.

Videogames are a cheap and fun entertainment that all ages can enjoy.

I got a PS2 instead of GameCube, and a PSX alongside of N64, but PS4 isn't interesting enough. I am just skipping consoles until NX comes out, or something else that's interesting. NX isn't that far away, and it is highly probable it will be interesting to me.

No one here plays video games.

We talk about l33t graphics, NX, some racist/bigotry thread about race/religion/sexual orientation, talk about how the WiiU and Vita are the best game systems ever made while disregarding the existence of the SNES/PS2,  complain about chart numbers and post sales information that is from a small island nation that isnt as significant as it was 20+ years ago when it comes to gaming.

 

So you sir are in the wrong forum ;o!

This shouldn't even be a thing lol.

You are allowed to be a Nintendo fan and play Sony games. Or you can be a Microsoft fan and play Nintendo games.

Or you can just play all types of games and consoles and enjoy them.

Can't blame you guys for getting a PS4. The Wii U droughts have been crazy and they really have next to nothing for the next 10 months(until the NX comes out), whilst the PS4 is really hitting its peak now with exclusives like Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted 4, Bloodborne, Alienation, Guilty Gear Xrd, Infamous: Second Son, Everybody's gone to the rapture and Until Dawn being very warmly received. Not to mention the remasters of great PS3/Vita games like Uncharted collection, TLOU:R, God of War 3, Journey, Tearaway Unfolded, Gravity Rush Remastered, Heavy Rain/Beyond: Two Souls etc. I'm not really counting the less well received games like Street Fighter V, Killzone Shadow Fall, Knack, The Order etc as I found those games enjoyable but not great at all.
