They're all playing soggy biscuit but on $100 bills, still eating them afterwards though.
Most likely in reality though they'll be working out stuff for the summer sale, trying to secure deals with developers and special offers, gotta keep things fresh in terms of sales.
Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive
If I had to make a logical assumption, I would assume they are playing beer pong and everytime someone makes one instead of drinking it from the cup Gabe Newell pours it in his bellybutton and they drink it from there.

They are thinking of a new IP they could make two games with and then leave fans waiting eternally for a third one.
Please excuse my bad English.

OT: Yeah. It's quite unfortunate that Valve doesn't seem to be a developer and hardly a publisher anymore. Since 2003 Valve developed/published at least 1 game every year but then it stopped in 2013 when Dota 2 and Steam Store was generating huge numbers. I hope they'll return as a game developer one day.

rakin' in the dough and not even caring about game development anymore since steam already prints money
I just view Gabe as Scrooge McDuck swimming around in mounds of money and jewels.
