He's had three seasons. Maybe you'd prefer them go back to being one of the dumpster teams? Hell this season is basically a wash because of injuries.

Rick Carlisle took three years here in Dallas before he finally won one. You gotta give a guy more than a couple of seasons. Is there a single team in the NBA where you take out their two best players and they are still a title contender? No.

I'm not going to defend Doc, but this year Blake and Chris have had injuries and the massive choke from last year is not entirely Doc's fault (and Deandre Jordan is not a star, he is just a good defensive playes with a great ability to catch lobs)

Alright, exclude this year.

However, what about last year? He's not a bad coach, but he certainly seems to always hit a brick wall with the Clippers.

Think of it as something similar to Thibodeou and the Bulls. Both great coaches, but they never got to fully achieve and accomplish(of course, Bulls 'lost' Derrick Rose and have the worst owners in existence).

Maybe Doc can get a title with another team? Perhaps a different coach is more fit for the clippers?

Taking all reasons into account, I don't think President of Basketball Operations Doc Rivers is going to fire Head Coach Doc Rivers.
