Poor Wii U, iPhone/Android gets more love from Nintendo.

Dammit, you're right! And the 3DS isn't fairing much better: Pokemon Go+Animal Crossing+Fire Emblem VS Pokemon Sun/Moon + Kirby Robobot + Metroid Prime Federation Force. If it wasn't for the 3rd parties on the 3DS, the second half of the 3DS would basically be just Pokemon.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Welp there you have it.

iPhone/Android now have a better 2016 Nintendo lineup for the rest of the year than the Wii U does, lol.

man that kinda hurts to hear.... the weird thing is I actually agree ; _ ;

I didnt like sticker star (and colour splash will be like that)... I dont wanna play a mario sports game, like mario & sonic rio.

AC & FE for phones is imo a better nintendo lineup.

What if by some sick and twisted turn of fate... this is the future of nitnendo?
No more consoles... just Maybe their own line of smartphones? and a focus on mobile games?

No AC on Wii u but lets develop a game for iOS and Android. Thank you nintendo to make it that easy for me to never buy a nintendo console again.

Fire Emblem on smartphones is certainly odd.

Still curious to see how it turns out.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Turn based games are some of the titles that work best on phones.

It makes sense.

Not really. Strategy/war games are booming on the smartphone market big time.

Which is one of the most heavily marketed smartphone games ever.

I guess I'm more surprised on the fact that a major IP like FE is dropping on phones earlier than I expected.

I know the genre is popular on phones, but ehhh...

Perfect for phones gameplay-wise. I might give it a shot. I just hope Nintendo doesn't stop making these kinds of games for dedicated platforms. Nintendo is the last company that can prevent handhelds from becoming extinct...

Oh, and no pay-to-win micropayment bullshit, please.

Weird choices. Can't wait to see how poorly optimized they are for phones like Miitomo is.
