Eh not really.  The only one that would jump a gen forward is the NX, as it is a new console with new concepts and its own games.  The PS4.5 or X1.5 (if they exist) will have nothing exclusive to it.  The difference would be nothing more than Hyrule Warriors for the 3DS vs New 3DS.  They would only be glorified versions of the "slim" release in all honesty.

 

The NX will be the only true Next gen console out of the bunch if the rumors are true.

Instead of 1.84 teraflops, going by this rumor we would see like 4.2 Teraflops.

Thats not "low end hardware".

Im guessing thats around where a AMD 290 is.

Which in some new games like Quantum break (which doesnt run great on nvidia) is like a  GTX Titan.

NX will be the onky 9th gen.  Overall power has nothing to do with the gen cycle.
