Yeah I am quite enjoying the arcade games lately (especially thx to Castle Crashers).

Days of Arcade was announced today...
http://majornelson.com/archive/2009/03/05/the-days-of-arcade-are-coming.aspx
Starting March 18th, we’re kicking off the Days of Arcade promotion. Much like the Summer of Arcade last year, (but bigger) the Arcade team has lined up six-weeks of blockbuster titles :
The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai
Flock
Hasbro Family Game Night
Lode Runner
Outrun Online Arcade
Puzzle Quest: Galactrix
UNO Rush
First out of the gate on March 18th is Hasbro Family Game Night. Following that, I’ll post each Monday what that weeks Arcade release will be.
As you can see, that we’ve got seven titles..for a six-week promotion. The Arcade team decided they’re going to surprise you one week when they double up the fun.
I can't wait for Galactrix! And Dishwasher! And Flock! And OutRun! And Scrabble!
By the way, Void Star, the makers of Poker Smash, have a dev diary for their next game. It's an RPG, and apparently they're working on two versions - a sci-fi one and a fantasy one - and will see which one sticks. Looking good so far!
Aw, shit. On his blogcast, Major Nelson confirmed Peggle, Crystal Defenders, AND Maw DLC for this week. I'm gonna be so broke.
I'm predicting Peggle cannibalizing Crystal Defenders sales, leading to yet another Square-Enix bomb on the 360 and the end of their beautiful relationship with M$.
I am waiting real bad for Outrun Arcade Online (which I hope supports 360 steering wheels) and Arkanoid LIVE (I LOVED Arkanoid on the original NES, which I still own, and a LIVE 2-player competitive version would rock!)
