@ bold, selling the game made them more than 2 billion and the online made them 500 million and by rarity of trophies, people ain't playing more of the online than the SP. Without SP storie mode, GTA wouldn't sell half of what GTA V sold. SP isn't going nowhere, unless rock star hate money.

That's insane. And it's micro transactions done right. I've earned around 80m dollars online and I've never bought a Shark card. I'm only around level 140 aswell so not even played it that much. You don't need to pay but if you're rich and / or lazy why not.

The only microtransactions for GTA Online are those shark cards. Are players really that desperate for cash?
This literally means they could've given GTA V away for free and made twice the money spent on the game.
