Well, it's not like Amazon is the only place to purchase these three games. One also has to bear in mind the sales in Game, Gamestop and other retailers, and also the digital preorders (which can't be tracked) and things like that.
R&C probably.

Keep in mind if the trend looks like on Amazon then I think other department stores will have a similar trend. But me thinks DS3>R&C>QB.
DS3 for the fans it's established on multiplat
R&C for the franchis establishment. If it doesn't get first week it will have legs one it's released to the rest of the world.
Then QB for the lack of people who bothered to pre-order it.
I wanna say QB, because Sony's advertising of R&C has been pretty vacant.
Only problem is, Microsoft's advertising for QB has been vacant too.
