Hello guys and girls. I noticed we don't have a thread for China gaming-releated news, so here's one.
For those that has been following video game market research, it's no secret that China has been one of the fastest growing game markets (both in term of earnings and players count) and currently is considered one of the biggest gaming markets. Over the past years so many companies have been pouring big money in the market with many foreign players trying to gain a foot. I hope this thread will serve as a place where we can share and discuss relevant links about the latest developments/investments in the market there, in addition to small news that don't warrant their own threads.

at the settings. Ancient China and the various Chinese dynasties have a lot to offer for games IMO. Plus it would be cool if there was a uniquely Chinese feel to the games too. We've already got that with some Japanese games feeling kind of Japanesey so hopefully Chinese games will feel kind of Chinesey too. Although that said when I see things like '2D platformer' or 'side-scroller' I'm like
. It's only early days though, give them some time to catch up and hopefully they can produce some awesome games
