Pretty positive review.

Sounds like they really liked the game!

Looks like it has the usual Platinum Games frame dips, Bayonetta 2 have them but it feelt quite smooth anyways, I guess this will be similar.

I never would have guessed that this would be a game that pushed the Wii U to its limits.

I figured that this would be a fairly demanding game just because of the second screen.

If you consider performance strictly from a pixel-pushing point of view:

Star Fox Zero

(854x480) + (1280 x 720) = 1,331,520  Total pixels per frame

For comparison, a 900p game would have:

(1600 x 900) = 1,440,000 Total pixels per frame.

We have to remember that the Wii U is a full generation behind the XOne and PS4 in power and so getting anything close to 900p to run on its hardware would require huge sacrifices.  I am personally impressed that Platinum managed to get the graphics to look as good as they do in Star Fox Zero.

It's developed by Platinum Games. Frame dips are kind of common for their games.

It's lead by Miyamoto. I'd have thought he'd but a stop to that.

Wii U has a better graphic processor than PS360, but also a weaker CPU. It has more RAM, but is slower than the one in PS360. So... pretty much a 7th gen console power wise. It has more in common with 7th gen than 8th.

Except he is not lying, is more powerfull than Ps3 and X360 in theory, but stilll really far from Ps4 and XBO.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

Sound good, unfortunately it has some framedrops but nothing game breaking.
