This is pretty cool.

Reminds me when a guy known as Benheck modded an Xbox 360 controller for a guy who lost his arm.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

I usually roll my eyes and scoff at stories like this, as they come off as ham-fisted attempts for a corporation to look altruistic. But Sony didn't tell this story, the customer did, and this was the work of one dedicated employee. Way above and beyond customer service here, the kind that cements customer loyalty and positive word of mouth. This guy definitely deserves some special recognition from Sony.
