Nothing. After that lame board game, it´s clear that the WiiU won´t have a proper Animal Crossing game, which is a SHAME.
I really wouldn´t like that to be true, but...... it won´t happen. The NX may get the next Animal Crossing game

I feel that with Animal Crossing: City Folk being re-released as a Nintendo Select, in NA, it was their way of letting us know that there won't be a proper AC game on the Wii U. We'll have to wait and see if a new Animal Crossing game comes out on the NX, and if it does, then hopefully during the launch window.

I expect to blow minds with its beautiful graphics and social aspects.

Lol. So many people saying that NX is launching soon and that the Wii U won't get an AC game. Are you kidding me or is it just because of April Fools Day? 

To clarify something: NX was announced earlier than usual, so no launch in 2016. Wii U will get First-Party-Games even after the NX has been launched. Those two things are facts, unless Iwata was a liar.

See guys it wasn't an April Fools, he's serious about this like he's always been. Not much longer now until he's a hit with a good dose of reality.

Wii U will not have Animal Crossing game if we dont count Amiibo Festival, actually Wii U will probably not have any new game expect already announced games, it's really time to accept possibility like that and not just keep denying obvious things.

You realise that NX most likely is coming this year and you realise that Nintendo is droping support for their console when new one comes on market. Actually Nintendo is dropping Wii U support this year after Zelda U, there is no one single game that is coming after Zelda U.
