Batman v Superman Was Too Long, I Fell Asleep -- Former Superman Actor
Superman actor Dean Cain, who played the Man of Steel in TV show The New Adventures of Superman, has shared his thoughts on Batman v Superman. He tells The Hollywood Reporter (be warned that this link contains spoilers, though the quotes below do not) that he thought the movie was very well made, but said it was too long. In fact, he fell asleep during it.
"The movie obviously was so well made; the effects were incredible. It was too long, though," he said. "And I admit, I dozed off a tiny bit, but maybe that's because I was tired after a lot of traveling."
Batman v Superman's runtime is 151 minutes, while the upcoming R-rated Ultimate Edition will be thirty minutes longer, coming in at around three hours.
