Cant say im surprised, this is the case with almost every multiplat game.

For multi console owners, it is a no brainer to buy the Ps4 version.

Looking at the Amazon charts, it looks like people already know the performance gap between the two,:

Ps4 Version - #7
X1 Version - #81

would prefer PS4 version 900p at 60fps...

but i guess PS4.5 will upgrade it to 1080p at 60fps after all

Remember those times people said XBO should have framerate advantage due to its higher clocked cpu being freed from the shackles of Kinect? Yeah those times. Games still have better fps on PS4 on top of the other advantages.

Nevertheless, the art in this game is gorgeous and I can live with a few dips here and there.

I think the people that say that smply just don't get how hardware works. 

It's not just that the PS4 is easiest to develop for its also that the PS4 is just all round more powerful hardware. So even though you can get Xbox APIs to a level where it's just as easier to develop for or even easier they can never get it to do as much as the PS4 will do. 

With games where there is hardly a difference between the two platforms, I think in those cases it all boils down to how the devs approached the platforms. They probably just made the XB1 the lead console platform then ported over from it to the PS4. In a manner of soesking, if you can get a game to work on the XB1 then it will guaranteed work on the PS4. 

But even with those games where there is very little to tell the platforms apart,the PS4 is still usually the better performing version.

Yeah I dont get all the websites going... hmm we've worked it out that the PS4.5 wont be running games in 4k.... it's like they are dumbing everything down. If Sony do a 4.5 its because they want it to be able to play 4k Video on a TV, its not about a 4k gaming device (its about supporting the sales of 4k TVs).

If you like multitasking, obvious winner is still Xbone
