For those of you who've played Wii U's latest major release, what would you rate it out of 10, and why?

7 i liked it. the fighting system is good feels like a combo of Tekken and those anime fighters. moves are cool etc. It needed more characters and the assit system needs tweaking. its a solid foundation for a spin off series.

I still dont have it but I will.

I played the demo and I though it was super fun

For what I have seen and the little I have played it looks like an 8/10 game. But I'll wait until I have it before makign a judgement.

I had good time with my friend in LAN party. ^^

8, game has enough deep for hardcore fighting game players to enjoy it and it's easy enough to learn for the casuals. No laggy matches and a great matchmaking make the online amazing. Single players is the weak point, as the story is boring and uninteresting (then again most fighting games have this same issue) and there are not a lot of modes.

Waiting for My Nintendo to buy it.

Eight for me. Unique mechanics blended with a nice level of accessibility. The 16 fighter roster is par for the course for a first entry, but the support Pokemon and other side skill unlockables help mix things up. Single player is substantial in length but not overly sophisticated. The story is decently written but the dub is really weak. Online works beautifully and the stages are diverse and mostly nice. Overall, really enjoyed it. More fighters, stages, and a better dub would have pushed it further but it has been very fun.

Probably a 7.  The game has a HUGE issue, if your opponent gets a combo going there's literally no way for you to stop it.  I'll never understand why there wasn't a feature added to stop a combo with your synergy gauge.

I haven't played it myself, as fighting games are not my thing, but I'm voting 7/10 on behalf of my little brother.

His justificiations are as follows.

The Bad:

- Inconsistent difficulty

- No minigames like in Pokemon Stadium

The Good:

- Everything else

Ugh gr8 b8 m8 now I'm l8 for a d8 I r8 8/8

Nah 7.5/10. Character roster is lacking, story sucked and there aren't other modes of play, but the gameplay is solid and I'm not completely awful at it.
