Worst may be a little too harsh.

So far I would classify it as mediocre.

Nintendo (the biggest player in the market last gen) failed miserably to repeat its success while Sony and Microsoft released consoles that are essentially mediocre PCs, filled remasters and sequels from the previous generation.

The worst gen? I don't think so. But I don't think it has been that great either. I feel like there just isn't as many great games as previous gens, and I feel like the games I would be interested on other consoles are taking longer than usual to release. It is kinda feeling like a slow gen for me, aside from Ninten.

I think if youre big into indies, then this gen might be great for you. It has been a little light on the bigger games imo.

It's gonna be one of the best for any playstation fans. Especially since japanese games are coming back in full force and there's plenty of other good games that will break our wallets. I also like a lot of the new features on the PS4.

Maybe the 2nd gen was the worst? Not sure. Last gen was pretty meh too. Let's wait and see.

Besides Gen 1 and 2, which really aren't remembered very fondly, I might have to agree. Wii U's had some good games, but nothing like what the rest of Nintendo's consoles have had, PS4 has been real weak when it comes to exclusives, Vita was a huge disappointment, and there hasn't been many new IP introduced. There's still been fun to be had, but not as much as previous gens.

I don't think so, and definitely not for me since there are a lot of games that I really liked in this gen
