That's an absolutely amazing month!

The PS4 titles for April already got leaked. Dead Star and The Park. Both games had their psn pre-orders canceled and Dead Star's developers outright confirmed it already.

Well at least they're both new games. That's something I like about PS+.

New isn't always better... Even though that seems out of character

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Not trying to turn this into Sony vs M$ so I'll just say what I always say: when you're winning, you don't have to try as hard.

This gen, the PS4 is a runaway success. Things like free online or a ton of free top tier games are not what Sony has to do, these days. They don't have to win people over. That's why I always felt competition with other consoles is good. It made everyone try harder. Last gen, we all won.

It's subjective. Whether new is better than old is as subjective as whether someone is putting someone else to shame.

I personally prefer indies games that came out recently, as opposed to a game that came out in 2008.

2008 or not, Dead Space is still a great game!  I think it was a free PS+ game ages ago, though. And if that game (which is one of the two XBOX360 games) isn't your cup of tea, Sunset Overdrive is much more recent and one of the best games I've played all gen!

XB1 has been doing a good job of giving away some pretty good indie games in recent months, as well.  April just seems more " blockbuster " oriented.

I meant that at least no one has played or bought them before.

Own half of these games, don't really have any interest in the other half. People better play SO

Told you I was gonna buy it, looks like MS loves me :D

@ bold. I don't think they ever offer Dead Space on plus, at least i don't have it and I'm a subscriber for 4 years now. They did offer DS 3 like 2 years ago or something.

Ontopic, that is a good line up, SSO sounds very cool.

Proudest Platinums - BF: Bad Company, Killzone 2 , Battlefield 3 and GTA4

Have all these games. Half of them on disc. Digital convenience is all I gain this time. 😐

I've often found myself wanting a digital version of my already owned physical copies out of convenience, to be honest.

Oh great, I don't have Gold.

I'll wait till they become available on Xbox Silver
