Looks like it to me. Besides, the biggest problem is that Nintendo is trying to do these "innovations" that only spikes the cost of their system instead going for a cheap/affordable console with a standard controller.  People will buy the system if it has a good standard controller, good first party games and it is affordable from the gate ($250). That controller will drive the cost up. It will be more epensive than the xbox one and ps4 more than likely. Why would someone ditch those consoles where their friends already playing on to go on a more expensive console with a lack luster library compare to ps4 and xbox one and more than likely a worse online infastructure? 

Well the 2.0 would imply it's better, but yes it is basically a standard controller grip and input wise but with a touchscreen that serves as it's buttons, which begs the question of what the hell is the point of doing it this way.
