Now with Playstation Move, that's active, AR overlays while OculusRift & Vive does not really do that.

You know the playstation is a wand controller , As is Vive controller, but again unlike the playstation Move , the led lights of Vive would not work like Playstation Move does in such Active AR over lay modes.

Watch the eye pet demo video I posted..now think. About playstation move with AR over lays in VR. Picture instead of a AR hair dryers, instead a AR light saber.

I do in fact understand what both are, it seems you cannot understand what the effect can be done in VR with playstation Move using AR overlays over the playstation Move . inside VR the effects is you know you are holding the playstation move but the effects of VR means that since the external is tracking in real time AR effects and visual effects could be placed in VR.

Not true, think about it for a min...the Vive does not do VR/AR overlays like the playstation move does. That's why have you ever seen Vive do things like the AR effect like those done in Eye Pet? That is a big No.
Reason being, to the many amusement of many pointing out about dildo esk sphere on the end of playstation Move has a advantage due to being a sphere when programming allows AR and tracking based on that sphere's metric in Not only non VR but also In VR also.

Dude this has NOTHING to do with AR. You are not AUGMENTING REALITY in anyway. This is just STANDARD VR.
AR means you augment a live feed of the real world with something computer generated. If you have the PSVR HMD on you can't see your hands anyway so you wouldnt Augment ANYTHING.

There is not any "Move overlay" there is Move/cam used to keep track a where the hands/controller are.
I tried VR.. 20... yes 20 years ago.. and even then I saw 2 guns in my hands.. VR is this way.. (AR is when you put some over the real world.. not in virtual world)
This is how "real" VR work.. and the other sets (mayby not Gear VR at the moment) also has tracking of hands/controller.. (when you know where the hands is.. its up to the game/software devs.. to use that.. and show a tennis racket.. dildo.. what ever in your hands)
