Not much happened this chapter. We got a little bit of character development for All Might with him learning how to cope with his hero retirement. 

It's pretty cute how jealous Uraraka is getting towards Hatsume.

I love jealous Uraraka, but I need more Todoroki x Yaoyorozu in my life !

It's most likely the traitor is one of the Class A students, the Betrayal wouldn't be that big of deal if it was one of the teachers (expect Eraserhead). Usally elemental powers go to important characters, Kaminari is definitely a suspect in my book.

How can you say Mineta is the least likable when gives us such GOAT panels.

 

Also i am fully on board the Kaminari is the traitor theory it makes so much sense that i can't see who else the traitor can be.

Since the traitor was first talked about I thought it was either Snipe (obvious choice) since wearing a mask anyone could take is place and thanks to the All for One they could have stolen his ability and given it to the impostor or Naomasa (the dectective) which would make for a great twist to the story but as of now Kaminari is the most likley choice...
