You guys are crazy, Mineta is the least likable member of the class, he's even worse than Iida ! Even Hagakure has more to it as a character than him !

Btw what do you think of the Kaminari Traitor theory ?

It's most likely the traitor is one of the Class A students, the Betrayal wouldn't be that big of deal if it was one of the teachers (expect Eraserhead). Usally elemental powers go to important characters, Kaminari is definitely a suspect in my book.
