Anyone read the Corpse Party manga? (Blood covered)
Worth reading even if you already played the game AND watched the OVA?

I haven't read it, but I would be interested in doing so. I'm planning into getting into the Vita and 3DS game, would I would like to check those out.

Heya, it's Cloudy here again, and I have another spooky manga to recommend for the month of horror! This time it's Ibitsu by Ryou Haruka, a manga about a boy who one night goes out to take out the trash, when he meets a creepy girl in a white dirty lolita dress hanging out there. She askes him if he has a little system, and the boy responds. It's after this encounter, the creepy girl then starts to follow him around and things turn for the worst...

Sooo, yeah... it's a rather short story, so if you wanna read something spooky, perhaps you may enjoy this. Plus the mini story is pretty great as well.

Oh, also I read all of Gyo, a manga that was recommended here as well, and I gotta say it's pretty good and unique. Making a story about weird creepy fish is quite interesting, and it becomes quite a grim story. It's a nice change that a guy is the lead character. Usually in Ito's works it's a lady lead.

Also, the side story with the people shaped holes was a great read as well. Very creepy.

Would you like to try one? I've read different horror stories, so perhaps I can recommend something you may like.

Also, how were those 2 horror anime you watched? Where they scary or creepy?

I read a horror manga a few months ago that I really liked.  It was named "6000".  It reminds me of something I've seen before but I can't recall exactly what.  It's kind of a cross between Alien and The Shining.

There was a disaster at an undersea station that no one is willing to talk about.  Long afterwards, the corporation that owns it sends down a new crew to get things operational again.  That turns out to be a very bad idea.

Anyway, it seems it will be made into a movie in its own right.

Those sound pretty good actually, especially another. That one's def got my attention. Sounds like a really interesting and spooky story.

From what I saw on googling it, I feel I've seen Umineko before. I think it was also a game? I'm not too sure. It does look familar.

I've also seen pictures of Higurashi, so I'm familiar with it. I think it has a lot of different spinoffs, but one character I remember is the girl in the white dress andthe machete. That's a character from the show, right..?

Well, this is a manga I have never heard of, and I've looked through many horror manga lists. I'll def give this one a look.

I think MAL categorizes it pretty well.. as a Mystery Triller, though there are some dark and creepy parts in it, for sure :p
